Delivery and Warranty
All of our products include a 60 day warranty and will replace any product or component that we find defective in material or workmanship. For our Gaming Chairs we're confident that our re-enforced aircraft grade metal steel frame on the Play Plus model will supersede our recommendations, we offer a 10 year warranty on it. Any other model comes with a 1 year warranty.
Warranty is valid from original date of purchase and valid upon proof of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not apply to:
- After market add-ons or modifications.
- Normal wear and tears (i.e stains, scratches or similar problems).
This warranty does not extend to altered, abused, badly worn product, or an item used for a purpose other than for which it was intended. We reserve the right to replace product or component, if a defect in material or workmanship is found. (Please check product recommendations for more info).
We offer a range of delivery options suited to you. Ranging, between, 48 Hour to Next Day before 10:30 with all services requiring a signature upon arrival. Currently we only ship to the UK and Europe but will be looking to ship globally in the near future.
You will be able to track your delivery on the courier’s website enabling you to see where your order is, delivery time may vary due to location. If you order before 12:00 your order will be shipped the same day. Orders after 12:00 will be shipped the following working day.
If your order arrives and has visible box damage, we ask that you reject the delivery. If you find that your order is damaged after opening please take photographs and contact us page.
